Fraser River Jet Boat Adventure

Pre booking required in advance or at the Visitor Centre Jet Boat ride on Fraser River - McBride, B.C.

Fun for the whole family! Enjoy an exhilarating 30 min ride on the mighty Fraser River. Get a glimpse of scenery you can't see from the road. Look out for Moose, Caribou, Bears and maybe even an elusive Beaver. Rides Friday between 4:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday 11:00am to 7:00pm. Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm
Lifejackets provided, one ride per person. Be prepared to get a little wet!

Pioneers Day Parade - 10:00am - Main Street

Pioneer Days Parade

Enjoy watching vintage vehicles, horses and floats as the whole village turns out for the parade. The parade leaves from Robson Centre, moves down Main Street and terminates at the Village Park. Make sure the kids get in the front row to collect all those candies!
Prizes for Best Theme Float, Best Theme Business & Best Period Costume.

Check out the 'WANTED' posters around town of some 'unsavoury characters' and sponsor to have them thrown in the jail which will be set up in the middle of the town. To secure their release the prisoners have to match the same amount by phoning family and friends. The proceeds will go to sponsor various McBride youth related activities throughout the year

Artisans Exhibition - 12:00-4:00pm - E-Free Church

McBride and the surrounding Robson Valley, is home to many artists and craftspeople, musicians, painters, woodworkers, knitters, and more. McBride also has several luthiers, specializing in intricate stringed instruments, such as classical guitars, steel guitars, bouzoukis, and mandolins. On display will be a selection of these and other crafts. Coffe & tea will be available

Memory Magic - 10:00 -5:00pm - Odds & Ends, Main Street

Keep your weekend memories alive with a scrapbook page of memories. Drop into Odds & Ends on Main Street where they will help you edit and print your digital photos. Then create a great looking scrapbook page to keep.
